Please note that by registering you are agreeing to the terms and confirming your availability to participate in Kirkland Oldtimers Hockey League activities including the KOHL Tournament.
I wish to participate in the activities of the Kirkland Oldtimers Hockey League. I understand and hereby assume all risks and hazards incidental to such participation, including those that may occur during transportation to and from such activities. I do hereby waive, release, absolve and agree to save harmless the KOHL, its executive, directors, sponsors, supervisors, participants and any person transporting me to and/or from any KOHL activities from any claim arising out of any injury, loss, or damages suffered to myself or my property.
As a “Regular Player”, I agree to pay the registration fee as established in order to guarantee a spot as a regular with KOHL.
As a "Spare Player", I agree to pay the spare fee on a game by game basis as established by KOHL.
